• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Used or damaged items

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product in case of a size or defect issue.
• To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
